1. Overview

At Bifronix, we want you to feel confident with every purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
We offer a 30-day return window, free return shipping, and no restocking fees—ever.

This policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work for all orders shipped within the United States.


2. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return for any item within 30 days of delivery if:

  • The item is unused or has only been tested in normal conditions

  • All original components, accessories, and manuals are included

  • The product is not damaged due to misuse or negligence

  • You can provide proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)

There are no final sale items at Bifronix. All products are eligible for return.


3. Free Return Shipping

All returns include prepaid return labels at no cost to you.
Once your request is approved, we will send you a downloadable return label via email.

Customers are not responsible for any return shipping fees.


4. How to Start a Return

To begin a return:

  1. Email us at support@bifronix.shop with your

    • Order number

    • Name

    • Reason for return

    • Photos or video (if reporting an issue or defect)

  2. Our support team will review your request within 24–48 hours.

  3. If approved, you will receive

    • A prepaid return label

    • Instructions for packaging and drop-off

You must ship the returned item within 10 days of receiving the return label.


5. Exchanges

If you want to exchange for a different product or variant:

  • Contact us at support@bifronix.shop

  • Exchanges are free and follow the same process as returns

  • A replacement will be sent once the original item is scanned by the carrier


6. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method

  • Most refunds are processed within 3–7 business days

  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, the refund may take a few extra days to appear.

There are no restocking fees for any refund.


7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered:

  1. Contact us immediately at support@bifronix.shop

  2. Send photos/videos showing the issue

  3. We will send either

    • A free replacement

    • Or a full refund
      depending on your preference

You will never pay for return shipping in these cases.


8. Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your order:

  • Contact us within 7 days of the delivery date

  • We will work with the carrier to investigate

  • When confirmed, we offer a free replacement or full refund


9. Cancellations & Order Changes

  • Orders can be cancelled or modified within 2 hours of purchase

  • After the order has been processed or shipped, you must wait for delivery and request a return

All payments are securely processed through Onerway, our payment gateway.

Refunds are always returned to the original payment method used at checkout.
